for production of our cheese is sourced from our
herd of Riverine water buffalo which graze freely
on lush open pasture in Clevedon.

The buffalo produce nutrient
rich white milk with a delicate flavour. From
this we make two cheeses - Mozzarella and delicious,
light Ricotta. We also make refreshing, velvety
yoghurt.
We process our milk daily so you can experience
the subtle, clean taste of fresh buffalo cheese.
We were delighted to receive a raft of medals
for our cheese at the 2008 Cuisine Cheese Awards.
We also gained two supreme awards there for our
Buffalo Ricotta.
You can purchase our cheese at the Clevedon
Village Farmers Market on Sundays.
