Hi,
We started our family business back in 2006. We thought Kiwis deserved to enjoy fresh mozzarella made right here – the question was how to produce it!
Many challenges and much effort later we have a milking buffalo herd, a cheese factory, cheese-making knowledge and a ready market for our award-winning products.
Just shows what you can do with a bit of Kiwi “can-do” attitude, doesn’t it!
